Flat-rate shipping: JPY 500.
Products are generally shipped by the seller (a company or sole proprietor) offering each product. Sales terms, payment methods, shipping charges, returns and cancellations are governed by the conditions set by Charming Care Association. Payments are processed through Stripe.

Payment Methods and Deadline

Credit cards and other payment methods provided by Stripe.
Payment is due within 7 days of placing your order. Orders may be cancelled if payment is not confirmed by this deadline.

Shipping Schedule

Prepaid orders: shipped within 3–7 business days after payment is confirmed.
Cash-on-delivery orders: shipped within 3–7 business days after order confirmation.
Other payment methods: shipped within 3–7 business days after the order is placed.
If a specific date has been arranged, that date applies.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted only for defective products or products supplied in error by us. Please contact us if your order is damaged during delivery.
Eligible returns: defective products or incorrect items supplied.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Request a refund by email. After confirmation, we will refund the designated bank account within 5–10 days.

Special Terms: Q Care Volunteer and Contract Work Training Programme

Service: a five-session Q Care Volunteer and Contract Work Training Programme.
Service begins on the programme start date after application and payment have been confirmed.
Tuition (tax included): JPY 7,500 for high school students; JPY 10,000 for university students.
Certificate fee (tax included): JPY 1,000.
Discounts are available for eligible special programmes, including those for children with illnesses.
To cancel before the programme begins, contact us by email no later than 7 days before the start date. After confirmation, we will refund the designated bank account within 5–10 days. Cancellations and refunds are not accepted on or after the programme start date.
